Community Manager (CM)

Job Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for managing the business image on social networking sites through marketing campaigns as well as daily interactive content.
  • Plan content, prepare and edit content on the site according to marketing campaigns and market trends, follow up interactions on the business’s social network system.
  • Manage communities of people interested in businesses and products on social networks.
  • Update trends in social media marketing to grow social channels according to assigned KPIs. Proactively create and open satellite channels and groups to interact and seed the project’s main channels.
  • Report the growth of the channels in charge to the Head of Department/Marketing Director on the effectiveness of social channels.

Job Requirements

  • Communicate fluently in English.
  • Creativity, dynamism, enthusiasm at work
  • Understanding of online media; Used to carry out marketing campaigns.
  • Have knowledge and experience in managing social media channels: Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok, Youtube, Reel, Short, …
  • Have experience participating in events, being a Host, AMA on Twitter Space, Telegram Chatvoice, Youtube…
  • Understanding of Crypto and Blockchain markets
  • Having experience running FB, Twtiter, GG Ads, using seeding tools is preferred
  • Age: 1999x-2000
