Job Responsibilities

• Plan to expand markets and develop common products.
• Plan to find, exploit, and link with domestic and foreign partners to do business and integrate crypto payment gateways.
• Plan to develop users using P2P (transfer and withdraw money on the exchange)
• Survey, analyze and evaluate market potential.
• Participate in the recruitment process, manage daily activities of the team, monitor and work efficiency of members to complete KPIs.
• Manage, train, retrain, motivate and develop employee skills, ensuring members understand and perform their jobs well.
• Other tasks as directed by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Good English communication.
• Experience in managing and training teams, planning, analyzing, handling problems and reporting the team’s business situation.
• Good communication and persuasion skills, presenting simple and easy-to-understand content.
• Proactive and dedicated to work.
• Priority is given to having experience in the fields of finance and technology.
