As a FMCPAY Business Development Manager, you will establish and maintain relationships with various projects to diversify revenue streams for the exchange.
Responsibilities:
- Project Sourcing: Identify and introduce quality projects to the listing program.
- Partnership Development: Contact and collaborate with projects to diversify revenue sources from both the projects and the exchange.
- Client Support: Design and develop support materials for clients participating in the exchange listing.
- Market Analysis: Research competitors and propose business solutions.
- Business Planning: Develop and execute periodic business plans.
- Reporting: Report business results periodically to the Board of Directors.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Passion for Business: Passionate about business with experience in multi-channel sales is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Quick, articulate, and able to handle situations gracefully. Confident, has good communication skills, and enjoys networking.
- Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in finance or technology sectors. Experience in BD roles and international exchanges is a plus, with the ability to work directly with multinational partners.
- KPI Driven: Proactively achieve assigned KPIs, with the ability to plan and work independently.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English communication with writing skills.
